I was born with ocular albinism in a world that was not built for me. From my earliest days I learned what it meant to navigate spaces — physical, social, and spiritual — that were designed for someone else. I could not always see clearly. But I could feel clearly. And what I felt, more times than I could count, was the weight of not belonging.

Growing up I carried more than my vision loss. I carried the lies that come with being different — that I was less than, that I would not make it, that the limitations others saw in me were the truth about me. For years I believed them. Not all at once. Not loudly. But quietly, in the way that chains work — one link at a time, until one day you look down and realize you have been living inside something you never agreed to wear.

The turning point was not one moment. It was several. It was hitting rock bottom and finding that God was already there. It was watching someone I loved struggle under the same chains I recognized in myself and realizing I could not stay silent. It was the slow, persistent pull of God toward something I kept trying to talk myself out of — until I finally said yes. All of those moments together became the foundation of Living in Freedom Beyond Chains.

I founded LIFBC out of a deep, personal understanding of what it feels like to live bound while longing to be free. To know in your head that God has more for you but feel in your chest like the chains are permanent. To be told — by people, by circumstances, by the voice in your own mind — that you are not enough, that your story disqualifies you, that freedom is for other people.

It is not. Freedom was given — through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, through humility, through grace. And it was not given by chance. It was given for you. Specifically. Intentionally. Before you knew you needed it.

Today I am a faith-based life coach, podcast creator, and founder of The Freedom Remnant Creative Ministry. I host four shows under the LIFBC network — Life Beyond the Sight of Darkness, Real Talk: The Uncharted Truth, The Honest Middle: Grace In The Mess with my co-host Hima, and Pod4Christ. Through story, scripture, and honest conversation I help people confront the lies they have been living under, recover the truth of who God says they are, and walk in the freedom that was already purchased for them.

I am also a husband to Kristina, a self-taught developer, a graduate of The Carroll Center for the Blind's Independent Living Program, and a regular guy from North Billerica, Massachusetts with an extraordinary calling. I have been through the fire. I came out with something to say. And I refuse to stay silent about what God has done — and what He will do — in a life that was once defined by its chains.

If you are here, something in you is ready. Ready to stop waiting. Ready to stop performing. Ready to step into what was already given. That is why this community exists. And I am glad you found it.
